TeleHealth
Since the pandemic, TeleHealth has luckily come to save the day in helping manage care for patients without the need to be seen physically in the clinic. Having the option to choose between in-person and telehealth visits (depending on the indication of the visit) is important to add autonomy to your day and help lessen the stress of acute care needs in your busy life.
Be sure to call us about any questions you have in regards to your telehealth visit. We look forward to hearing from you.
Sexually Transmitted Diseases
If you're sexually active, especially if you've had multiple partners, you've likely been told to "get tested and use protection." This is vital since one can have a sexually transmitted disease/infection (STD/STI) without knowing it. It's fairly common to have an STD/STI without showing any signs or symptoms. screening for STI/STD can differ from each person depending on their sexual history and whether or not they are carrying symptoms. We also offer HIV PrEP (HIV Prevention) medication to those who are high risk. We are all happy to answer all the difficult and confusing questions that tend to arise with STD/STI concerns.
Chronic Medical Management
Outside of preventive management, procedures & acute care, it's important to establish a good continuity relationship with your physician to be able to assist in managing your chronic medical conditions.
